The Zilaiquan Cartridge features a unique, proprietary* two-stage filtration design that maximizes particulate removal and extends service life during the filtration of viscous fluids. Its external spiral precleaner wrapping improves filter strength and eliminates residual debris associated with traditional machined resin-bonded filters.
Zilaiquan filters are available in five lengths: 10", 20", 30", 40", 50", conventional diameter, 63±1mm (any length up to 50 inches)
The Zilaiquan Cartridge can filter out nine different pore size particles, 1-2 μm, 5 μm, 10 μm, 25 μm, 50 μm, 75 μm, 125 μm and 150 μm, 200 μm to meet a wide range of performance requirements.

Structural features
A. The outer spiral wrapping can gather large particles, while the inner layer can control the filtration of particles of rated size.
B. External wrapping increases surface area and eliminates loose debris and contamination caused by machined products.
C. Extra-long acrylic fibers provide enhanced strength, fracture resistance, and migration resistance, which is common in competitive "short fiber" filters.
D. According to the user's use process and environment, special ends, plugs, sizes and other requirements can be customized.
E. Phenolic resin impregnation enhances the filter element and can be used to filter fluids with viscosities up to 15,000 SSU (3200 cks).
F. The entire cartridge can withstand pressure fluctuations of up to 150 psid (depending on fluid temperature).
G. The integral structure eliminates the bypass problem of multiple times the length of the filter element and simplifies the replacement process.
H. Silicone-free structure ensures zero contamination, thus avoiding adverse effects on the adhesive properties of the coating
